Tom Kerridge and Raymond Blanc event…

EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT

On the 18th October our sister company, Brasserie Blanc, will be hosting two legends of the culinary world, Raymond Blanc OBE and Tom Kerridge, for a charity dinner that will be raising money for Hospitality Action. The event will take place at our Beaconsfield Brasserie Blanc.

Hospitality Action provides much needed support for those working across all sectors of the hospitality industry and is Heartwood Collection’s chosen charity for this year. As long-standing ambassadors of the charity, this cause is very close to both chefs’ hearts.

The Michelin-starred pair have curated a mouthwatering four course menu that includes Raymond’s main of pan-fried stone bass with Champagne sauce and Tom’s signature Hand & Flowers chocolate and ale cake. Guests will also be treated to a perfectly chilled glass of Champagne thank you to our friends at Lanson.

A silent auction has also been launched to raise further money and lots include once in a lifetime experiences such as:

  • Midweek stay for two to include tasting menu and wine flight at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, A Belmond Hotel
  • A tasting menu experience for up to 10 guests at The Shed, the private dining room at two-Michelin starred The Hand & Flowers in Marlow
  • A box at the O2 for up to 15 people donated by Camden Town Brewery
